Roles We Hire

Field Investigator (Surveillance & Interviews)
Plan and execute surveillance, document findings, capture usable video, conduct neighborhood canvasses and witness interviews, write precise reports, testify when needed.

Process Server (Routine, Rush, Evasive)
Serve legal documents ethically and safely. Diligence logs, GPS/time-stamped attempts, affidavit returns, and evasive-subject strategy.

OSINT / Social Media Researcher
Deep-dive online footprints, public records, property and tag lookups, relationship graphs, and timelines that hold up to scrutiny.

Case Coordinator / Admin
Client intake, scheduling, file control, chain-of-custody, attorney communications, billing checkpoints, and report QA.

We hire both W-2 and 1099 depending on the role and workload.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Surveillance: Solo or two-car setups, static and mobile, day/evening/weekend rotations
Evidence: Clean video, date/time/GPS, exhibits, and chain-of-custody
Interviews & Canvasses: Courteous, methodical, and well-documented
Social/OSINT: Pull the thread, verify, and cite
Reporting: Same-day or 24-hour reports; concise, factual, admissible
Court: Testify when needed, prepared, professional, precise.

The Hiring Process

FAQs

Do I need prior PI experience?
It helps, but it’s not required for all roles. We value sound judgment, clean writing, and teachability.

Will I testify in court?
If your work product is used in litigation, yes. We’ll prepare you.

What hours should I expect?
Surveillance is need-driven, weekdays, evenings, and some weekends. Process service often includes evenings. Admin roles are typically business hours.

What areas do you cover?
We serve the entire State of Maryland. Local knowledge is a plus.
